EBAY PAYMENT OPTIONS
You must contact me at koreanpride1004@yahoo.com within 72 HOURS after the auction is over.  Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel your bid and will result in bad feedback.  After 72 hours we reserve the right to re-auction the winning item and bidder will be responsible for re-auction fees, and non-paying bidders will be filed to ebay.  Also, please include the item number and description, or your delivery of item may be delayed.

Only personal/business checks, money order, cashiers check accepted.
DO NOT SEND CASH  (We will not be responsible for lost mail!)

FEEDBACK POLICY
We will leave feedback within 72 hours of your feedback recieved.

SHIPPING
All decal/emblem shipping will be done via USPS First Class shipping.
Larger items are done via UPS or USPS Priority.
International shipments are done via UPS or USPS Global Priority.
ALL MIRTS are normally shipped via USPS Priority with Delivery Confirmation.

SHIPPING TIME
Shipping times are determined by how far you are from New Jersey/New York area.
For faster delivery, do not send personal/business checks.
You will generally recieve the item(s) within 1~2 weeks after you send in your payment.
MIRT units generally take 2~4 weeks.

REPORTING SHIPPING DAMAGES
We are not responsible for damages done to the product by UPS, USPS, or any shipping carriers.  Please contact koreanpride1004@yahoo.com if there are any damages ASAP.
We will not be responsible for uninsured items.
To insure your purchase, please notify us before you make your purchase.
Insurance is highly recommended for all items.

LOST MAIL
As you can see in our feedback, we never not send out our items.  However, from time to time there will be lost mail.  When insurance option is not selected, we will hold absolutely no resposibility on any lost mails.  When insurance option is selected, we will try to work something out for you that satisfies both the buyer and us.

RETURN POLICY
Items can be returned for money back on following conditions.**

**Absolutely NO refunds or exchanges on MIRT units.  All MIRT units must go through manufacturer for exchanges as per request by the manufacturer.

1.  You have 30 days starting the end of auction date.
2.  Item must be in original packaging.
3.  Item can not be used before returning.
4.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
5.  Buyer is responsible of 30% restocking/return fee.

Please contact koreanpride1004@yahoo.com if there is anything wrong with the product before sending it back to us.  This extra charges may be avoided if insurance is purchased.
